Public meeting rooms are incorporated into the library buildings so that the resources of the library and cultural, educational, informational and civic activities of our community may be brought together. Groups may reserve the meeting room up to four months in advance. Use for library programming takes precedence.
Fees:
- Free for non-profit or governmental organizations;
- For social gatherings or for for-profit organizations, use of the meeting room is $50 for less than 4 hours and $100 for 4 or more hours.
Use of the Decatur meeting room must be during normal library hours. Use of the Porter Room beyond Geneva hours may be arranged and require a deposit.
