The Library Board is a seven member board which meets monthly to monitor the effectiveness of the library, set policy and budgets of the library. Meetings are held on the last Monday of each month with exceptions in May and October. The first and third meetings of each quarter are in Decatur with the remaining meeting in each quarter in Geneva.
