Event Details
This is an hour of community yoga, free and open to all. The class structure is inspired from Integral Yoga and is led by a certified instructor. A regular practice will help maintain and build strength, balance, and flexibility in your body and mind. Materials, including books, DVD's, and audio, are available for borrowing at the library, as well.
A limited number of mats are available for borrowing during class time. Participants should dress comfortably.
